If you are running the 5K and or 10K Marathon, you must be able to run the 5K in at least 1.5 hours and the 10K in at least 3 hours. Remember that the 5K Race will start at exactly 7:30 am. The timing mat at the 5K starting line will be turned off precisely 10 minutes after the start horn.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
There will be 2 water stops with porta-potties along the 10K course.
